This is a great tool for you to use when you feel stressed, anxious, under pressure, worried or just "a bit all over the place". Maybe you're in the fortunate position of being able to lie down on your bed, close the curtains, earphones in, close your eyes and go. If not don't worry you can use the technique anywhere, it's very simple and very effective! With practice you can do it anytime too, just pop your earphones in follow instructions or

- Breathe in for 4 beats

- Hold your breath for 4 beats

- Breathe out for 4 beats

- Hold your breath for 4 beats

- Repeat

Feeling stressed? Put some headphones on, sit back and just follow the instructions. These breathing techniques will help you slow down and bring yourself back to a calm place. This was recorded in "Breath Club" earlier in the year. Oh and yes that is a cat purring at the start, soothing sound.
