To join our Stretch Club Community the investment is £40 per month.
You get 12 (£2.50 a session) live sessions per month
Mon/Wed/Fri 10am via Zoom to your house, no going to the gym.
To join Breath Club the investment is £20 per month.
You get 8 (£3.33 per session) live sessions a month, plus access to over 3oo sessions, meaning it's on demand.
You can take Breath Club everywhere and use it when you like.

Stretch Club is a 45-minute, community-led class designed especially for older adults who want to stay mobile, flexible, and connected. We meet online three times a week to stretch, breathe, and gently strengthen the body—with kindness, care, and a sense of fun.
This is more than just movement. It’s a friendly space to check in, move well, and feel good—together.

Breath Club is your twice-weekly sanctuary—a short, powerful pause in your day to reset, soften, and come back to yourself. Each 20-minute online session blends conscious breathwork with immersive guided storytelling to calm the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected—like turning the light on in a room that was already full of treasure.
