1-2-1 Private 1-to-1 classes in your own home offer the chance to move, breathe, and focus entirely on you. I’ve been teaching 1-to-1 for many years, building genuine connections with clients who have become friends along the way. Each session is tailored to your body and goals — whether that’s improving strength, posture, flexibility, or simply creating space to reset and feel good again.
GROUP EVENTS - I’ve led countless groups through breathwork, movement, and cold exposure experiences — from afternoon workshops to weekend immersions and five-day retreats, both in the UK and overseas. Each event is built around connection, challenge, and calm — creating spaces where people can learn, grow, and leave feeling stronger in body and clearer in mind.
